Assist to oversee and manage daily field operations for a Visalia, CA area company that grows citrus, stone fruits, cherry plums and new kiwifruit varieties. This includes oversight of pruning, thinning, harvesting, irrigation, fertilizer, spraying and food safety. We are looking for an experienced bi-lingual person with leadership skills and a desire to learn our different approaches to growing techniques. We’re looking for someone that can spend time in the orchards and also be computer/smart phone knowledgeable for some work in the office.
