Job Description
Job available as Tractor/Equipment Foreman overseeing the various company activities of a 6000+ Acre Produce, Seed and Forage Crop farming operation. The applicant will be hired based both on current skill set, and future potential. Applicant will be immediately placed in a leadership position that bests suit his/her initial skills when hired, while also being trained where skills are lacking. Desire, Passion, Commitment, Hard Work and Drive towards continued improvement are the traits required to fill this role successfully.
Pay:
- Salary range: $70,000 – $100,000.
- Will be discussed and determined based on applicant’s skill set at time of hire.

Job Duties:
Supervise all Equipment operations
- Tractor Work

- Work Orders/Completions
- Look for maintenance issues around fields and have them addressed
Repairs
- All Equipment repairs
- Tractor maintenance
Responsible for compliance

- Labor Laws
Record daily ranch activities on company’s computer record keeping software (Field Recon)
- Plantings
- Fertilizer Applications
- Pesticide Applications
- Tractor work
- Other applicable operations
Reporting to the office
- All receipts and Delivery Notices
- Self-Applied Chemicals
- Vehicle Maintenance Reports
- Communicate with various vendors and customers when applicable
- Responsible for scheduling and maintaining time sheets for contracted labor employees
