Job Description

Position Title: Sales Coordinator               

Employment Status: Full time – Non-Exempt

Department: Sales

Position Reports To: Director of Sales       

Hourly Rate: $24.01 – $29.41

Summary Description:

The primary focus of this position is to support and assist with general administration tasks for the Sales team. Providing support where it’s needed.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • 6:00 am start time year-round and work required holidays.
  • Manage SOI, KPI, and Market Reporting
  • Assist in managing appropriate vendors and/or coordinating cross-functional sales staff.
  • Customer Service phone calls and email.
  • Account management for all customer accounts.
  • Special Reporting requested by sales management.
  • Cross train and give back up support for Trouble Analyst.
  • Entering order information into the company database.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, some college, experience and/or training.
  • A strong commitment to customer service.
  • Excellent telephone communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Food link, retail link, itrade and famous experience a plus.
  • Excellent organization and administration skills.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays and most holidays.
  • Regular attendance and reporting to work on time.

 

Preferred Qualifications: AA or AS degree in accounting

Physical Requirements:

Job requires ability to sit for long periods of time to perform duties. Also required is the ability to walk around and make inquiries from other staff, management, etc. Must be able to bend or stoop down to access file cabinets including lifting of items or objects up to 10 pounds.
