POSITION SUMMARY:
PRO*ACT is seeking an intelligent individual to join our accounting team as a Financial Analyst! This is a full-time position located in our Monterey Office. In this role, you will work closely with out CFO on Financial Panning and Analysis including preparing and maintaining regular financial planning reports including monthly profit and loss forecast by division (vs. budget) and weekly cash flow forecasts, completing analysis of financial results, developing recommendations (strategic and tactical), developing and executing analysis of business initiatives (e.g., sales initiatives, new service launches, etc.) and so much more!

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED
- B.S. or equivalent work experience Required
- 2+ years Financial Planning & Analysis experience required
- Experience in or knowledge of agriculture, fresh produce, restaurant and/or grocery industries preferred.
