Transport – Reefer trailers in Western Harvesting Transport are equipped with the latest technology to control and keep the temperature of produce at the desired temperature to ensure the best longevity. Cooling – Vacuum Tube cooling is used to bring freshly harvested product down to storable temperatures for maximum shelf life. Then the produce is rushed into one of Our Industry Standard cooling facilities to ensure the product stays at optimal temperatures throughout storage and processing. Food Safety – We make sure that all safety standards are met to help protect products and keep them in quality conditions.
