Key Responsibilities

Month-End process, including bank reconciliations, monthly journal entries and GL reconciliations.Treasury management including forecasting and bank reporting.Develop and recommend actions to achieve company financial objectives.Oversee the monthly cost center analyses for all departments and ensure they are responsible in any variances and if necessary, to propose corrective actions.Manage Account Payable, Account Receivable and Cost AccountingResponsible for accuracy and accumulation of total manufacturing cost and inventory control., Financial lead on performing quarterly physical inventories.Provide all needed financial data to CPA’s for annual review of financial statements.Develop, implement and monitor compliance with internal controls in the finance departmentDevelop and maintain special processes in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable areas. Work with senior executives to streamline supervision process vis financial analysis
