Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated ad highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our storage and distribution center. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach, responsible for the management of all warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the warehouse, inventory, and employee management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving and inventory.
- Ensure that all monthly tailgate meetings are attended and that the proper paperwork is obtained
- Lead all individual annual training and keep track of necessary documents
- Physically count all pertinent inventory monthly and rectify any adjustments with management
- Maintain daily inspections on any equipment under warehouse supervision
- Ensure all application equipment is filled up and ready for next use
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales to schedule efficient pick-ups of loads and deliveries to customers
- Maintain and foster positive relationships with our Customers and Vendors
- Collaborate with the General Manager to meet the overall company goals
Requirements:
- Willing to work six days a week
- Able to speak both English and Spanish
- High School math or equivalent necessary for conversions of wet and dry material
Salary: $75k / Yearly
