Job Description
Crown Jewels Produce, a premier provider of fresh fruits and vegetables, seeks an experienced Produce Salesperson to join our team. This full-time role is based in our Fresno, CA office. We seek a driven, customer-focused individual with a strong produce or agricultural sales background. Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a customer base by meeting client needs and fostering long-term relationships.
- Drive sales of perishable produce to clients, both new and existing.
- Develop repeat purchase programs and follow through on customer orders from scheduling to delivery.
- Proactively call on new leads and potential clients to expand our market reach.
- Coordinate order processing and paperwork with team members for seamless fulfillment.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a produce/agricultural sales environment.
- Proven track record in sales; BA/BS in business or agriculture is preferred.
- Strong phone communication skills and comfort in making numerous calls daily.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work well with others and handle a dynamic, high-energy work setting.
Salary Range: $100k – $125k / Yearly
