Job Description
Trucking Dispatcher – Salinas, CA
Fresh from D’Vine, Inc. is actively and aggressively seeking 1-2 candidates to join our dispatch/truck brokerage/management team. We are a family-owned trucking company that services the Salinas, Santa Maria and Oxnard areas year-round, as well as Yuma, Arizona and Imperial Valley in season. We consider our team members family. Our dispatcher role wears many hats, including safety and compliance, sales, fleet management, and scheduling. The primary function of the dispatch position is to efficiently maneuver and position the 20 plus fleet of asset-based trucks to move produce from point a to point b.
We are looking for team players who work well in a group setting, as well as unsupervised.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Produce experience is preferred, but not necessary. The individual must be detail oriented and a perfectionist. The ideal candidate will want to continue to grow with the company, as an individual, and as a team member. The sky is the limit for the right person.
