JOIN ROW 7

Row 7 is seeking an experienced finance leader to join our executive team. This role will oversee the company’s financial operations and provide strategic guidance and leadership to support our continued growth in scaling a seed-to-table food company. This role will lead and be responsible for strategic financial planning, building and optimizing financial processes and systems, detailed analytics, and investment and financing decisions. Strong collaboration, strategic thinking, agricultural systems understanding, and effective leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to swiftly adapt to changing market conditions and integrate forward-thinking solutions. 

This cross-functional leadership position will work closely with all Row 7’s team members, playing a pivotal role in optimizing value and driving impactful results within our dynamic organization. Experience in food and agriculture-based models and proven agricultural financial forecasting and analysis expertise is required. Be prepared for a hands-on role. Location:

This position follows a remote or distributed work model within the United States

Travel within the United States (15%)

Salary Range: $150k – $175k
