Job Description:

Baja Son Growers is a vertically integrated grower-shipper for the acreage they sell. With full control over the supply chain, they can consistently provide superior quality product. Year-round availability and large production has led to Baja Son Growers accounting for about 15% of asparagus volume and 10% of green onion volume out of Northern Mexico.

We are seeking a highly motivated Asparagus and Green Onion Sales Representative to join our team in Salinas, CA.

A successful candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new customers. The right candidate will take pride in providing excellent quality and service in a fast-paced environment.

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• Minimum of 5 years fresh produce sales experience
• Ability to grow distribution and placement in new and existing accounts
• Ability to achieve budgeted sales volume objectives and average sales price by product
• Comprehensive computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to travel

Salary Range: $125k – $165k, Depending on Experience.
